The Alumni Engagement Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting and advancing alumni and community engagement efforts through a combination of outreach, communications, event coordination, and operational support. This position plays a key role in strengthening relationships between the University and its alumni, students, and friends by delivering meaningful, creative, and well-coordinated communication and engagement opportunities. Reporting to the Executive Director of Annual Giving and Alumni Engagement, the Alumni Engagement Senior Specialist collaborates closely with colleagues across Alumni Engagement, Annual Giving, and Major Gifts to support the goals of the Advancement Division. The position will also have some responsibility for requesting updates to websites, developing marketing materials, and event promotions including written and electronic formats.
