Alternate Family Living - Contractor
About The Position
Easterseals PORT Health is seeking an Alternative Family Living (AFL) Provider in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The provider opens their private home to an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and possibly mental health challenges, offering a stable and caring family environment. AFL living provides 24-hour supports and habilitation while helping the individual develop daily living skills, independence, and community integration. Depending on the individual’s needs, they may also attend a day program or receive other services in addition to the residential support provided by the AFL. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employment position. Responsibilities
