Montgomery College, Takoma Park, Silver Spring Campus, has a need for a full-time Allied Health Director for the Radiologic Technology (RADT) program in the Health Sciences Department, starting January 2027. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. This is a non-bargaining, exempt, grade 33 position. This eligibility is subject to change based on the needs of the unit. The RADT Allied Health Director provides leadership and fosters innovation in support of the departmental goals and ensures that vision and goals are aligned with the College's vision, mission, and strategic plans. The incumbent oversees planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Radiologic Technology program in compliance with institutional goals, accreditation standards, and state/national regulations. The RADT Allied Health Director also teaches a limited number of courses contributing to classroom and clinical instruction in the program. The RADT Allied Health Director’s contacts include administrators, faculty, staff, students, the public, and education, business, government, and community organizations to advance program objectives and resolve issues.
