Under general supervision, this position provides support for the Allied Health and Environmental Sciences programs' faculty and students. The role involves performing complex clerical projects and assignments, such as tracking required clinical student documentation and generating reports for the Dean and Program Directors. Additionally, the assistant will support the Dean, Supervisor, Program Directors, Department Chair, and faculty with travel/purchasing processes, inventory control, and serve as the primary contact for program policies and activities. Duties also include maintaining clinical student files and checklists, faculty evaluations, creating forms, brochures, and program information; coordinating computer lab coverage/security, mailroom-workroom duties, and providing general assistance to the public, faculty, and students within the building.
