About The Position

This field-based and remote role supports key accounts in an assigned geography. The Territory Account Specialist (TAS) serves as the primary point of contact for accounts and health care providers (HCPs), developing tailored customer experiences, building relationships, identifying shared priorities, and connecting customers with Novartis resources to improve patient outcomes. The role balances demand generation with strategic account engagement through clinical and account-based selling, access navigation, collaborative problem-solving, team coordination, and omnichannel engagement. The role is based in the Chicago, Illinois South territory. Candidates must already be able to access the location; relocation support and visa sponsorship are not available. The position may be filled at a level commensurate with experience, from Associate through Executive Territory Account Specialist. Extensive territory travel is required, and driving is an essential function. The role includes initial training, including home study limited to eight hours per day and forty hours per week. Compensation varies by level. The salary range specifically listed for this posting is $119,700 to $222,300 per year. Eligible US employees receive health, life, and disability benefits, a 401(k) with company contribution and match, and paid time off including vacation, personal days, holidays, and other leaves. Compensation also includes a performance-based cash incentive; depending on role level, employees may be eligible for annual equity awards.
