About The Position
Schweiger Dermatology & Allergy Group is expanding its Allergy & Immunology division and seeking experienced Allergy & Immunology Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join their team. The role involves providing comprehensive, integrated care within a supportive, multidisciplinary setting. The group aims to offer allergy services in over 50 clinics by the end of 2026. This position offers a supportive care model with streamlined immunotherapy support, flexible placement options, and a growth-oriented compensation model with a competitive base salary and bonus structure.
Requirements
- Board-Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Active state license
- Experience in Allergy and Immunology
- Experienced in patient-centered allergy and asthma care
- Interested in collaborative, integrative care alongside dermatology providers
- Eager to grow with a forward-thinking organization that values innovation and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care.
- Focus on patient-centered allergy and asthma care.
- Collaborate with experienced dermatologists, nurses, and medical assistants.
- Utilize streamlined immunotherapy support, including dedicated coordinators and a shared lab for mixing and delivery.
- Adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver outstanding patient experiences with empathy and expertise.
- Bring strong clinical judgment and a collaborative spirit.
- Communicate clearly.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
