About The Position
Schweiger Dermatology & Allergy Group is expanding its Allergy & Immunology division and is seeking experienced Allergy & Immunology Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. The goal is to offer allergy services in over 50 clinics by the end of 2026. This role offers a supportive, collaborative care model in a multidisciplinary setting, streamlined immunotherapy support with dedicated coordinators and a shared lab, and flexible placement options across multiple states to support work-life balance. The compensation model is growth-oriented, with a competitive base salary and a bonus structure.
Requirements
- Board-Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with an active state license.
- Experience in Allergy and Immunology.
- Experienced in patient-centered allergy and asthma care.
- Interested in collaborative, integrative care alongside dermatology providers.
- Eager to grow with a forward-thinking organization that values innovation and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care.
- Focus on delivering exceptional patient care without administrative overload.
- Handle food and aeroallergen mixing and delivery with the support of dedicated immunotherapy coordinators and a shared lab.
- Provide patient-centered allergy and asthma care.
- Collaborate with dermatology providers.
- Deliver outstanding patient experiences with empathy and expertise.
- Utilize strong clinical judgment and a collaborative spirit.
- Communicate clearly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
- Inspire others through mentorship and leadership (for those in management or training roles).
