About The Position
Schweiger Dermatology & Allergy Group is expanding its Allergy & Immunology division and seeking experienced Allergy & Immunology Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join their team. The goal is to offer allergy services in over 50 clinics by the end of 2026. This role offers a supportive, collaborative care model with streamlined immunotherapy support and flexible placement options. The position offers a competitive base salary with a bonus structure. Schweiger is a leading dermatology practice with over 580+ healthcare providers and 170+ offices across multiple states. They provide medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology services and have been recognized for their growth and as a great place to work. Requirements
- Board-Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Active state license
- Experience in Allergy and Immunology
- Experienced in patient-centered allergy and asthma care
- Interested in collaborative, integrative care alongside dermatology providers
- Eager to grow with a forward-thinking organization that values innovation and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Focus on patient-centered allergy and asthma care.
- Collaborate with experienced dermatologists, nurses, and medical assistants.
- Utilize streamlined immunotherapy support, including dedicated immunotherapy coordinators and a shared lab for food and aeroallergen mixing and delivery.
- Contribute to the growth of the Allergy & Immunology division.
- Deliver outstanding patient experiences with empathy and expertise.
- Bring strong clinical judgment and a collaborative spirit.
- Communicate clearly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
- Inspire others through mentorship and leadership (for those in management or training roles).
