About The Position

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is seeking a full-time BC/BE Allergist/Immunologist to join their state-of-the-art medical center. This role offers an opportunity to grow a subspecialty interest with an established patient panel and a team-based care approach with strong multidisciplinary support. The position emphasizes a physician-led, inclusive organization focused on collaboration, mentorship, clinician/staff well-being, and innovation. The role involves 35 patient contact hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling (e.g., 4-day work week for full-time) and patient visit duration. Limited clinic call is expected. There are also abundant opportunities for leadership, committee work, and active promotion of quality improvement projects.

Requirements

• Board certified or Board eligible in Allergy/Immunology
• Completion of an Allergy/Immunology Fellowship

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care within the Allergy/Immunology specialty.
• Manage an established patient panel.
• Participate in team-based care and multidisciplinary support.
• Engage in quality improvement projects.
• Potentially take on leadership and committee roles.
