About The Position

Tech Mahindra Network Services has multiple openings for Alarm Monitor Engineer in Plano, TX. This role requires energetic individuals who are fast learners with attention to detail and the ability to respond and take action quickly. We are open to hiring fresh engineers with little background or work experience. This job is similar to a NOC engineer role, involving monitoring alarms and emails, managing ticket queues, assigning tickets, following up with TAC engineers to ensure queues are not backed up, and reviewing health reports to identify issues and patterns. Most of the tasks will be trained on. Responsibilities include answering calls, SMS, checking emails and SMS on the phone, and responding promptly. Escalating issues to leads and managers in a timely manner is crucial to ensure prompt attention.
