About The Position

As a Senior Associate AIT AI Developer, you will develop software solutions within PwC’s Software and Product Innovation practice. You will use software engineering methods to design, code, test, and refine applications that support client needs and business performance. The role involves analyzing complex problems, managing assigned workstreams, building client connections, guiding junior team members, navigating ambiguity, and deepening technical skills and business context. You will apply modern development tools and methodologies, interpret feedback, use critical thinking to break down complex concepts, and contribute to deliverables aligned with project objectives and client service expectations. The position focuses on developing AI-enabled software solutions for Assurance technology platforms and client service applications, including integrating AI capabilities into scalable software workflows. Travel requirements are up to 20%. The salary range is $72,000–$184,440, or $72,000–$212,000 for Washington state residents. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. Hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Requirements

At least a bachelor's degree.
At least 2 years of experience.
Develop production-ready AI-enabled software solutions using Python, API integrations, LLM application development, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and cloud-based AI services.
Integrate AI models into applications while applying secure coding, testing, version control, and software development best practices.
Have Python and API development skills for scalable applications.
Have experience applying CI/CD, testing, and code review practices.
Ability to interpret data into insights and recommendations.
Experience translating client needs into technical deliverables.

Responsibilities

Develop AI-enabled software solutions supporting Assurance technology platforms and client service applications.
Design, code, and test application components using Python, APIs, and modern software engineering methods.
Integrate AI capabilities into software workflows to improve automation, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
Review code, apply coding standards, and troubleshoot defects across the application lifecycle.
Build and maintain scalable software features using cloud, DevOps, and continuous integration and continuous delivery tools.
Interpret business requirements and translate them into technical designs aligned with broader project objectives.
Collaborate with team members to analyze complex problems, resolve issues, and adjust solutions as priorities change.
Guide junior team members through technical questions, feedback, and day-to-day development activities.
Document technical decisions, development progress, and testing results to support delivery transparency.
