About The Position

As an AIT - AI/Blockchain Architect Senior Manager in PwC’s Assurance practice, you will design and implement technology solutions that combine integration, platform architecture, and solution architecture to meet client needs. You will lead large projects, provide strategic advice, and guide teams through complex work while applying sound judgment, communicating clearly, and focusing on operational excellence. You will shape technical designs, translate business requirements into solution approaches, and support delivery across multiple work streams while developing teams and adapting methods as technology needs evolve. The role includes leading AI and blockchain architecture efforts for client engagements and internal initiatives. You will design scalable architecture patterns integrating AI, blockchain, cloud, DevOps, APIs, and automation; assess technologies and proof-of-concept results; and provide roadmaps and implementation guidance. You will work with stakeholders to validate outcomes, guide technical decisions, and coach architects and developers on design, standards, and delivery practices. Travel may be up to 20%.

Requirements

At least a bachelor's degree.
At least 7 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Lead AI and blockchain solution architecture efforts for client engagements and internal technology initiatives.
Design scalable architecture patterns integrating AI, blockchain, cloud, DevOps, APIs, and automation.
Translate business requirements into technical designs, roadmaps, and implementation guidance for engineering teams.
Evaluate technologies, architecture options, and proof-of-concept results to inform solution direction.
Apply systems thinking to identify architecture gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities across platforms.
Guide teams through complex delivery challenges while balancing performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to validate solution outcomes and refine architecture based on feedback.
Coach architects and developers on solution design, technical standards, and delivery practices.
Develop integration patterns and platform structures that support data flow, scalability, and operational stability.
Communicate architecture decisions clearly to business and technology leaders.
Travel up to 20%.
