About The Position

As an AIT - AI/Blockchain Architect Senior Manager at PwC, you will design and implement technology solutions that bring together integration, platform architecture, and solution architecture to meet client needs. In PwC’s Assurance practice, you will lead large projects, provide strategic advice, and guide teams through complex work while applying sound judgment, clear communication, and a focus on operational excellence. You will shape technical designs, translate business requirements into solution approaches, and support delivery across multiple work streams. The role also involves developing teams and adapting methods as technology needs evolve. Travel requirements are up to 20%.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree.
At least 7 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Lead AI and blockchain solution architecture efforts for client engagements and internal technology initiatives.
Design scalable architecture patterns integrating AI, blockchain, cloud, DevOps, API, and automation capabilities.
Translate business requirements into technical designs, roadmaps, and implementation guidance for engineering teams.
Evaluate new technologies, architecture options, and proof-of-concept results to inform solution direction.
Apply systems thinking to identify architecture gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities across platforms.
Guide teams through complex delivery challenges while balancing performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to validate solution outcomes and refine architecture based on feedback.
Coach architects and developers on solution design, technical standards, and delivery practices.
Develop integration patterns and platform structures that support data flow, scalability, and operational stability.
Communicate architecture decisions clearly to business and technology leaders to support informed action.
