About The Position
The Aisles Online Clerk selects, scans, bags, and organizes online grocery orders accurately and efficiently. The clerk ensures items are fresh, stored at the proper temperature, and ready for customer pickup, while providing helpful service to customers in the store and by phone. This is a fast-paced role requiring organization, dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Employment is contingent upon successfully completing a pre-employment drug screen.

- Strong attention to detail in order selection, temperature management, and order accuracy.
- Ability to frequently stand and walk throughout a shift and perform repetitive standing, walking, reaching, and bending.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with their needs in the store.
- Select, scan, and bag items from all temperature zones accurately and efficiently.
- Tender customer orders through the point-of-sale system and process credit card payments.
- Store gathered orders at the proper temperature and retrieve them promptly before customer arrival.
- Maintain proper product temperatures throughout the fulfillment process.
- Cart orders to the holding area for customer pickup.
- Load groceries into customer vehicles as needed.
- Monitor incoming online orders to ensure prompt, on-time fulfillment.
- Substitute products when requested by customers or when items are unavailable.
- Answer customer phone calls promptly and provide friendly, helpful service.
- Follow the dress code, hygiene standards, and department and company guidelines.
- Assist with other tasks or special projects as needed.
