About The Position
Aeromexico is seeking an organized, proactive, customer service-oriented Airport Manager to deliver extraordinary customer experiences. The role oversees flight operations at the local station and leads above-wing and below-wing teams to ensure compliance with the company’s quality and safety standards. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with airline ground operations.
- Strong prioritization skills.
- Proven experience as a team leader.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong focus on operational excellence.
- Ability to lead teams with enthusiasm, initiative, and vision.
