About The Position
Aeromexico is seeking an organized, proactive, customer service-oriented Airport Manager to deliver extraordinary customer experiences. The role oversees flight operations at the local station and leads above-wing and below-wing teams to ensure compliance with the company’s quality and safety standards. The position calls for operational excellence, strong team leadership, initiative, and strategic vision. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with airline ground operations.
- Strong prioritization skills.
