About The Position

Unifi is seeking an Airport Janitorial Agent to clean and maintain airport facilities. The role includes cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies, removing trash, and safely handling cleaning solutions and equipment. No experience is required; paid training is provided. The position is based in Cleveland, Ohio, and is full-time, with full-time starting at 30 hours per week. The listed base pay rate is $16.00 per hour. The schedule is an A.M. shift, with rotating shifts and hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Work may take place outdoors in severe seasonal weather conditions.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport, state, or customs requirements.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to frequently lift and carry more than 70 pounds, and constantly lift and carry up to 70 pounds.
Ability to constantly push and pull up to 70 pounds.
Ability to constantly walk, stand, reach above the shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, and bend.
Must be able to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Must be able and willing to work outdoors in weather conditions that may include severe seasonal elements.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize windows, restrooms, surfaces, and trim.
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, shampooing, or vacuuming.
Replenish supplies in bathrooms and inventory rooms.
Empty trash cans and recycling bins.
Prepare cleaning solutions safely and according to chemical specifications.
Lift and carry cleaning equipment, cleaning trays, and cases of supplies to service areas.
Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for the position.
