About The Position

Envoy Air is hiring Ramp Agents at Sacramento International Airport. This entry-level role requires no prior experience and includes paid on-the-job training and development. Ramp Agents handle freight, mail, and baggage safely while supporting on-time aircraft departures and arrivals. The work takes place outdoors in all weather conditions and involves operating company vehicles on the tarmac. Shifts may vary and include irregular or extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. The listed pay rate is $16.90 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Must possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver’s license, or otherwise maintain the authority and identification necessary for business travel; some license restrictions may disqualify candidates.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely.
• Help achieve on-time departures and arrivals.
• Transport bags to their destinations using company vehicles on the tarmac.
• Lift and handle luggage throughout the shift.
