About The Position

The Aircraft Records and Airworthiness Administrator supports the Aviation Maintenance Manager by maintaining accurate, complete, traceable, and audit-ready aircraft maintenance and continuing-airworthiness records. The role researches and documents regulatory and manufacturer requirements; monitors maintenance items; reconciles CAMP, the in-house SAM Aircraft Log and Maintenance Program, and controlling source records; and administers electronic and physical filing systems. The position identifies discrepancies and exceptions for management review and supports compliance with applicable FAA requirements, company policies, and IS-BAO commitments. The administrator researches airworthiness directives and manufacturer publications, records applicability and compliance information in approved tracking systems, and attaches and indexes supporting evidence. The role conducts and documents monthly SMS- and IS-BAO-aligned AD and SB research and compliance audits, escalates uncertain or overdue findings, and reconciles maintenance tracking systems against logbooks and source records. Additional duties include maintaining aircraft and component records; administering electronic and physical records systems; preparing logbook information and verifying documentation for administrative event closeout; tracking upcoming, due-soon, and overdue maintenance requirements; maintaining records and compliance information for maintenance events and requests after physical work is performed; producing reports; and supporting audits, conformity activities, SMS processes, client reviews, acquisitions, and dispositions. The administrator does not independently approve maintenance or return to service. Occasional travel to aircraft, maintenance facilities, company locations, or audit sites may be required.
