About The Position

Reporting to the Branch and Operations Manager, the Air Freight Import Specialist coordinates and oversees international air import shipments from origin through final delivery. The role works closely with airlines, carriers, service providers, and internal and external partners to keep shipments moving efficiently and fulfill customer requirements. The successful candidate maintains shipment timelines, addresses operational needs, and delivers a high standard of service to Delmar’s clients.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in air freight import operations.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

• Post-secondary education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• CargoWise One experience.
• Italian language proficiency.
