About The Position

Capgemini is seeking an experienced AIOps & Agentic AI Solution Architect to design and enable enterprise-scale Agentic AI, AIOps, observability, and intelligent automation solutions. This is a hands-on architecture role requiring technical depth across Agentic AI systems, IT operations, ITSM/ITIL processes, automation, and enterprise applications. The architect will translate platform capabilities into customer-specific solutions, develop and adapt architectures, support RFPs and solutioning, and engage with customer architects and Architecture Review Boards. The role emphasizes practical experience designing, integrating, and operationalizing Agentic AI and AIOps solutions. This is a hybrid role with preferred bases in Irving, Texas; Atlanta, Georgia; Chicago, Illinois; or Bridgewater, New Jersey. The role supports end-to-end solution architecture, customer-facing technical discussions, presales activities, demonstrations, and architectural direction for distributed implementation teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant IT experience, with strong solution architecture exposure across application support/AMS, managed services, IT operations, automation, or transformation.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Agentic AI and GenAI architectures, including AI agents, orchestration, knowledge/semantic layers, enterprise integrations, and agentic workflows.
  • Experience designing or integrating AIOps and observability solutions using platforms such as Splunk ITSI, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Elastic/ELK, Datadog, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Event Management, with experience integrating monitoring/automation platforms with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM tools.
  • Experience designing automation, orchestration, runbook, and self-healing solutions, with working knowledge of Python, PowerShell, shell scripting, APIs, or related technologies.
  • Experience with a major ERP platform such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, demonstrating understanding of enterprise applications and service-delivery processes.
  • Proven experience creating and adapting solution architectures, HLDs/LLDs, integration designs, and customer-specific architecture diagrams.
  • Strong customer-facing experience presenting and defending technical solutions with enterprise architects and Architecture Review Boards.
  • Exposure to RFPs, presales solutioning, POVs, or technical demonstrations.

Responsibilities

  • Architect end-to-end Agentic AI solutions covering data, semantic and knowledge, agent, orchestration, control, integration, and user-interaction layers.
  • Design and integrate AI agents and GenAI assistants for IT operations and application managed services, including incident triage, ticket summarization, knowledge assistance, service-request automation, and runbook execution.
  • Develop AIOps and observability architectures covering telemetry ingestion, logs, metrics, traces, event correlation, noise reduction, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, and actionable alerting.
  • Design integrations between monitoring or AIOps platforms and ITSM solutions such as ServiceNow, including automated ticket creation, routing, workflow integration, and remediation.
  • Design runbook automation, orchestration, and self-healing solutions triggered by operational events and governed through ITIL processes.
  • Create and customize HLDs, LLDs, architecture diagrams, integration designs, and deployment models based on customer technology and solution requirements.
  • Adapt reference architectures to customer environments, including alternative cloud, infrastructure, container, and Kubernetes requirements.
  • Define operational dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, and measurement frameworks to demonstrate automation, productivity, and service-management outcomes.
  • Lead technical discussions and defend solution architectures with customer architects and Architecture Review Boards, translating complex architectures into clear technical recommendations.
  • Support RFPs, proposals, and presales solutioning, including architecture, scope, technology strategy, transformation roadmaps, estimates, delivery approach, and value proposition.
  • Develop technical POVs, demonstrations, and solution concepts to demonstrate Agentic AI and AIOps capabilities to customers.
  • Provide architectural direction to distributed implementation teams and ensure solutions align with approved designs and technical standards.

Benefits

  • Paid time off based on employee grade, including 12–25 vacation days depending on grade, company-paid holidays, personal days, and sick leave.
