Principal AI Solutions Architect - Agentic AI & Google Cloud
About The Position
Concentrix is seeking a Principal Architect for its AI and Agentic Stack to provide consultative leadership and serve as a trusted advisor responsible for the architectural integrity of enterprise AI solutions. The role translates business vision and complex requirements into detailed technical blueprints for model selection, API and data orchestration, and agentic logic. It bridges sales and delivery, working with customers and Google channel partners to design scalable, governed, high-performing systems using Gemini Enterprise and Vertex AI. The position is remote in the United States and is part of Concentrix Technical Products and Services. The architect supports strategic consulting and technology services that help clients modernize and simplify customer experiences. This is an existing, immediate vacancy, with the company seeking someone able to start as soon as possible.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in technical architecture focused on AI, data, integration, and consultative leadership.
- Expert-level knowledge of Gemini Enterprise (formerly Agent space), Vertex AI, and BigQuery ML.
- Customer-facing experience, including the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead technical solutioning for AI-driven business transformations.
- Experience in prompt design and engineering, ideally with Gemini, and tuning LLM-based systems for specific behaviors and safety constraints.
- Deep understanding of Python-based AI orchestration, such as LangGraph and ADK.
Nice To Haves
- Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification.
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPU/TPU) and specialized AI hardware on GCP.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales to lead technical discovery, perform value engineering, and design tailored AI architectures for client business challenges and high-stakes pursuits.
- Design end-to-end architectures for complex AI systems, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and multi-agent systems, and provide technical governance during implementation.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for clients and Google technical field teams; coordinate joint-innovation pursuits and align solutions with Gemini and Vertex AI roadmaps.
- Lead configuration of the Gemini Enterprise platform and architect agentic systems using advanced prompt engineering, iterative behavioral tuning, and human-in-the-loop oversight.
- Develop and optimize prompt strategies for the Gemini ecosystem, balancing autonomy with behavioral goals through iterative tuning and system instructions.
- Define MLOps and data orchestration standards, ensuring secure integration of AI models with corporate data estates and compliance with GCP best practices.
- Conduct in-depth architectural reviews of AI projects to ensure adherence to Google Cloud best practices.
