About The Position

The role bridges customer and Wipro delivery teams to understand and analyze customer requirements and communicate them clearly to delivery teams, enabling appropriate solutions. The position works with customers, project managers, pre-sales teams, technical leads, architects, QA, and delivery teams throughout proposal development and solution delivery. It also supports project planning, customer satisfaction, and the development and sharing of domain expertise and reusable knowledge.

Requirements

5–8 years of experience.
Mandatory skill: AI Cognitive.

Responsibilities

Gather customer requirements and coordinate with client engagement partners to understand RFP and RFI needs.
Document scope, functional and non-functional requirements, features, workflows, and customer needs through research and analysis.
Work with project managers, pre-sales teams, technical leads, and architects to prepare accurate and timely RFP/RFI responses.
Explain the financial and operational impact of changes and maintain a regular cadence with customers to seek clarification and feedback.
Present and demonstrate proposed solutions or prototypes, maintain customer relationships, and use feedback to improve services and products.
Share customer feedback with delivery teams, review test cases for requirements coverage, and conduct root cause analysis before sharing solutions or prototypes with customers.
Facilitate change requests and support QA testing with timely inputs and feedback.
Conduct integration testing and user acceptance demonstrations to validate implemented solutions.
Use data modeling and system capability analysis to identify and design improvements, and support full utilization of solutions.
Coordinate and assemble the complete RFP/RFI response or proposed solution before customer presentation.
Support project managers and delivery teams with project milestones, phases, and planning, and challenge delivery assumptions to help ensure successful execution.
Help ensure customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality deliverables.
Share expertise with other business analysts and contribute to domain knowledge across the vertical.
Write whitepapers, research papers, and points of view for the consulting community.
Identify use cases that can be reused across projects or accounts, and conduct market research to provide current project inputs.
