Requirements
- No previous experience needed, training provided.
- Must meet the PA residency requirement.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
- Conditional offer of employment will require satisfactory completion of a medical examination and drug screening test.
- Conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals by completing designated portions of assessments and plans to provide accurate information.
- Carry out assigned training plans and procedures to support active treatment.
- Record and report essential information to help refine individual plans and improve services.
- Communicate with team members to share updates on strengths, needs, and skills.
- Participate in selecting and arranging personal items and furnishings to support a therapeutic setting.
- Follow policies and uphold dignity, privacy, and rights for individuals served.
