About The Position

SpaceXSI is building Super Intelligence to help humanity understand the universe, developing a technology stack that includes Colossus supercomputers, Grok models, and applications such as Grok Bot, Grok Build, Grok Imagine, Grok Voice, and X. The AI Tutor - Math will help enhance Grok by providing high-quality data annotations, labels, and inputs focused on pure mathematics. The role uses expertise in areas such as abstract algebra, real and complex analysis, topology, and graph theory to evaluate model outputs, identify mathematical errors or gaps in reasoning, and produce clear, rigorous solutions and explanations. This work supports training Grok to distinguish flawed or inadequately justified approaches from mathematically sound, accurately modeled, and practically applicable solutions. This is a remote role that may be performed from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, or India. The position may be full-time or part-time depending on business needs and candidate availability; full-time positions are preferred and require standard business hours in the employee’s local time zone. Positions are typically offered as fixed-term employment contracts of six months, with possible extensions or conversion to permanent employment based on business needs. Travel to a SpaceXSI site may be required. SpaceXSI cannot provide visa sponsorship. For US-based candidates, hiring is not currently available in Wyoming or Illinois.
