AI Transformation Manager - Internal Control
About The Position
We are seeking an AI Transformation Manager to lead global AI and automation transformation across the Internal Control organization. This role will identify and scale opportunities to modernize manual processes, expand monitoring, and embed AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate combines internal controls expertise, hands-on AI and automation experience, strong program leadership, and the ability to translate technical initiatives into clear business value for senior stakeholders. This position partners closely with regional Internal Control teams, Data Science, IT, and cross-functional leaders to prioritize opportunities, govern pilots, build transformation roadmaps, and drive adoption at scale. While you do not need to be a coder or ML engineer, you must be a hands-on practitioner of AI and automation tools — already finding ways to automate tasks, analyze data, and accelerate your own productivity. This role reports to the Director – Internal Controls Strategy & Governance, with a dotted-line relationship to Data Science resources, and close collaboration with regional Internal Control leads to identify and prioritize pain points for AI-enabled solutions. Requirements
