AI Solution Specialist - Co-op/Summer Student

About The Position

Rodan Energy is seeking a Co-op/Summer student to provide hands-on experience working on real AI solutions used across their lines of business. The student will help build, test, and support AI tools and agents, learning by doing. By the end of the term, the student will have contributed to production AI solutions and gained insight into how modern organizations adopt and scale AI.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related program.
Must have experience with AI agents, Automation, Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Strong understanding of AI concepts with interest in real-world applications.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Awareness of AI governance and responsible AI best practices.

Responsibilities

Help build, test, and support AI agents, AI workflow automation, and AI-powered tools used across the business.
Assist with AI use cases including support, analytics, forecasting, compliance, and internal knowledge or chatbot tools.
Create training materials, documentation, and knowledge-sharing resources to support AI adoption.
Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into practical AI-enabled solutions.
Participate in structured onboarding and learning with tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
Support enterprise AI initiatives and rollout of high-impact use cases.
