We maximize the benefits of Motorola’s investment in digital sales platforms like Salesforce, advocating for strategic next generation solutions that will transform and align sales planning across multiple regions. We are seeking an AI & Sales Automation Product Manager to lead technical implementations and develop automation solutions that streamline CRM administration work. This role will partner with operations and enablement teams to build data-driven AI automation solutions. Serving as an agile product manager, this role will translate business needs and user feedback into specific requirements and Jira stories for AI automation, primarily for the Salesforce platform and connected systems. Responsibilities include identifying process improvements, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), managing data consolidation efforts, and assisting with the rollout of AI features. Success will be measured by solution adoption, efficient solution development, and the reduction of manual administrative efforts. In addition, the role will include occasional development tasks for simple AI and workflow automations, such as automating spreadsheet updates and reporting tasks.
