About The Position

The AI Project Manager will partner with the company’s ServiceNow AI Product Owner to coordinate and drive AI implementation workstreams. The role includes project reporting and scheduling; implementation partner onboarding; preparation of development environments and foundational data; technical and knowledge readiness and remediation; change management and organizational adoption; and coordination of security, legal, and compliance activities. The position is fully remote, follows an 8 a.m.–5 p.m. EST schedule, and is a contract role based out of Arlington, Virginia.

Requirements

• Project management experience with AI implementations.
• Project management, Agile, stakeholder management, program management, implementation, and project coordination skills.
• ServiceNow and AI knowledge.
• Work schedule of 8 a.m.–5 p.m. EST.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist is ideal.
• PMP certification.
• Microsoft Project experience.
• Program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage internally run workstreams and maintain project schedules and milestones.
• Capture internal stakeholder progress, risks, and assumptions; facilitate risk management; and report project data weekly.
• Coordinate vendor resource onboarding and offboarding, environment access, hardware provisioning, internal tool integrations, and ongoing vendor access changes.
• Coordinate provisioning and preparation of the AI development environment and instance synchronization around delivery milestones.
• Coordinate foundational data improvements with data owners and stakeholders, gather workstream leader approval for data definitions and changes, and escalate blockers that threaten the schedule.
• Coordinate technical and knowledge readiness reviews across internal teams; assign remediation items to internal owners and track them to closure.
• Escalate remediation capacity shortfalls and coordinate with the AI Knowledge and Response Quality Lead so readiness findings flow into a single backlog.
• Coordinate change management across regions, stakeholder alignment sessions, internal communications, HR workforce impact efforts, and completion of training material updates.
• Schedule and host compliance checkpoints, manage checkpoint action items through closure, track ES Data activities that may affect the project, and escalate unresolved compliance issues that could gate a release.
