About The Position

Trafilea is seeking an experienced AI Program Manager to join its PMO and oversee the successful delivery of AI projects. The role focuses mainly on AI-related initiatives and serves as an ambassador for the PMO-created WBAT. It helps ensure projects and programs are executed efficiently, in an orderly and transparent manner, and supports reporting tools and cadence that integrate company resources and results. The role coordinates planning ceremonies across programs, projects, tribes, and squads, proposes additional ceremonies when needed, and helps identify and remove blockers. It supports planning, establishes clear objectives and responsibilities, tracks progress to support decision-making, and orchestrates work. The position also promotes effective use of Asana for cross-functional planning, project and task management, including creating portfolios and projects; oversees the Squads Creation and Assignment process; and serves as a liaison between IT and Marketing.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience leading IT projects focused on artificial intelligence, including machine learning, NLP, computer vision, or deep neural networks.
Scrum Master certification or equivalent experience (mandatory).
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, including facilitation, estimations, and roadmap alignment.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with multidisciplinary teams, budgets, and schedules.
Advanced verbal and written English.
Technical knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
Knowledge of data engineering and ML pipelines, including ETL, Airflow, Spark, Kafka, and dbt.
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4j, and BigQuery.
Knowledge of MLOps, including CI/CD for models, performance monitoring, and automated deployment.
Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP, and services such as SageMaker, Vertex AI, and Databricks.
Strong technical background to engage with development teams on technical issues and solutions.
Ability to structure and optimize AI workflows for model execution and experimentation.
Ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions aligned with company objectives.
Ability to identify pain points, delays, and blockers, reconcile information from multiple sources, break high-level ideas into details, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs.
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and make effective use of limited resources.

Nice To Haves

Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Asana.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the successful delivery of AI projects.

Promote effective use of Asana for planning, project management, task management, and cross-functional communication, including creating portfolios and projects.
Ensure proper execution of the Squads Creation and Assignment process.
Act as a liaison between IT and Marketing departments.
