AI Product Manager - Aladdin Portfolio Management, Vice President

BlackRock•New York, NY
•$162,500 - $215,000•Hybrid

About The Position

The AI Product Manager will help shape portfolio management technology within BlackRock’s Aladdin platform. Working at the intersection of investment management and technology, the role partners with portfolio managers, investment professionals, developers, researchers, and other stakeholders to understand investment decisions and workflows, reduce manual work, and develop intelligent capabilities that help investment teams operate more effectively at scale. The role owns product initiatives end to end, from identifying opportunities and setting strategy through experimentation, delivery, adoption, and measuring impact. It focuses on reimagining portfolio managers’ interactions with technology and enabling scalable, exception-driven workflows rather than merely automating existing processes. The Product Manager applies product judgment to distinguish valuable AI and automation opportunities from technology-driven hype and translates promising ideas into practical, scalable capabilities. The position is part of the Aladdin Product Management team, specifically within Portfolio Management. BlackRock’s hybrid model requires employees to work in the office at least four days per week, with flexibility to work from home one day per week; some business groups may require more office time. For the specified New York location, the stated salary range is USD $162,500 to $215,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and healthcare, leave, and retirement benefits. Total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department, and individual performance.
