About The Position

Squint is seeking an AI Operations Lead to join their Strategy team. This new role focuses on operationalizing AI within Squint itself, ensuring the company uses AI as effectively to run its operations as it provides AI-native platforms to its customers. The AI Operations Lead will be responsible for building and shipping internal AI agents and workflows, evaluating their effectiveness, and collaborating across departments to identify opportunities for AI to replace manual tasks and drive efficiency.

Requirements

Hands-on experience building and shipping AI tools or agents.
Fluency with modern AI coding and agent tooling (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, or similar).
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical engineers and non-technical operators.
A strong focus on the effectiveness and functionality of shipped products, not just their delivery.
2-5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, technical program management, or applied AI.
Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered tools, prototypes, or automations.
Comfort with light coding or low-code/agent tooling.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional influence.

Nice To Haves

A portfolio or examples of previously shipped AI-powered tools, prototypes, or automations are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship AI agents and automations to improve the speed and effectiveness of internal teams (Support, Ops, GTM, and beyond).
Build evaluation frameworks and monitoring systems to assess the actual performance of AI workflows.
Partner cross-functionally to identify workflows suitable for automation and determine which should remain human-led, based on evidence.
Ensure teams adopt and trust the AI agents and automations that are shipped.
