About The Position

Arcadia is seeking an AI Operations Lead to be the operating layer of the company's AI transformation. This role will work across product, engineering, go-to-market, finance, and operations teams to integrate AI into existing workflows. The primary goal is to turn early AI successes into scaled, lasting change by designing and implementing AI skills, agents, and workflows. The role emphasizes outcomes, ensuring that AI solutions provide tangible benefits such as time savings and improved efficiency. The AI Operations Lead will establish patterns, standards, and a champion network to ensure AI capabilities compound and outlast initial implementations. This position reports into R&D Operations and has a company-wide mandate.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience spotting workflow breakdowns across departments and shipping adopted solutions (automations, AI workflows, internal tools).
  • Strong workflow and process design instincts, with the ability to understand and redesign operating models.
  • Interpersonal skills to build trust across diverse teams and cultures and influence skeptical stakeholders.
  • A bias for building reusable systems over one-off solutions.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity within a fast-moving organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience establishing enablement, center-of-excellence, or champion-network models.
  • Familiarity with AI governance concepts (data classification, human-in-the-loop, security review).
  • Exposure to AI-native operating models at high-performing software organizations.
  • Background in R&D, product, or engineering operations.

Responsibilities

  • Embed team to team to map current-state workflows, identify bottlenecks, and translate findings into prioritized AI opportunities.
  • Design, build, and ship reusable Claude skills, agents, and automations that are adopted by teams, redesigning workflows around AI capabilities.
  • Identify, enable, and grow an AI champion network within teams to maintain and evangelize workflows.
  • Codify successful AI implementations into reusable patterns, libraries, templates, and playbooks.
  • Partner with governance lanes (Security & Compliance, AI Technical Approach) to ensure workflows meet data-handling, classification, and human-in-the-loop standards.
  • Measure and report on the impact of AI workflows, including adoption rates and time saved, to inform scaling decisions.

Benefits

  • Remote first culture - work anywhere in the US with reliable internet.
  • Flexible PTO with no accrued hours and no limit on vacation days for exempt employees.
  • 11 annual holidays.
  • 10 days sick leave.
  • Up to 3 weeks bereavement leave.
  • Up to 4 weeks of caregiver leave.
  • Military leave for eligible services or events.
  • 2 volunteer days off.
  • 2 professional development days off.
  • 10 weeks paid parental bonding leave for all parents and additional medical recovery time for eligible employees.
  • 75-95% employer cost coverage for medical, dental, and vision benefits for employees and dependents.
