About The Position

Signature Media is a home services marketing agency focused on driving qualified leads and booked jobs for clients in the roofing, foundation repair, waterproofing, plumbing, and pest control industries. The agency is rebuilding its delivery model around AI, aiming to significantly increase efficiency. This role is for an AI-native marketer who will own account delivery and results, focusing on qualified leads and booked jobs. Additionally, the role involves leading brand and design initiatives, building brands from scratch, and creating coherent marketing systems. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building Signature Media's own brand. This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the US.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in performance marketing, lead generation, growth, or brand marketing, ideally at a digital agency.
  • Strong design and brand sensibility; ability to build a coherent brand and design system from scratch.
  • Demonstrated experience shipping production work with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Claude Design, Vercel, n8n, AI agents).
  • Balance of marketing and brand judgment with technical orchestration; ability to ship most of a build independently and leverage technical team for edge cases.
  • Lead-generation marketing experience in service-based industries.
  • A portfolio with shipped work (websites, brands, landing pages, automations, or agent systems).
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience marketing for home services businesses (contractors, restoration, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.).
  • Brand-building or creative-direction experience (brands taken from scratch to launch).
  • Comfort with design and deployment tooling (Figma, Claude Design, Vercel, Netlify, or similar).
  • Track record of replacing legacy WordPress or multi-person agency workflows with AI-native builds.
  • Working knowledge of analytics and lead tracking platforms (GA4, WhatConverts, CallRail, or similar).

Responsibilities

  • Own account outcomes, including qualified leads and booked jobs, and manage the channel mix (digital, digital PR, direct mail, print, OTT, ABM, etc.), all AI-enabled.
  • Lead brand and design initiatives, building brands from scratch (visual identity, messaging, design system) for clients and Signature Media.
  • Build and ship websites and marketing collateral end-to-end using AI tools like Claude, Claude Design, Claude Cowork, and Vercel.
  • Drive organic, content, and SEO performance, optimizing content, SEO, and email plays.
  • Coordinate with the SEO/GEO lead and partner with the paid team on paid performance, including budget, landing pages, and strategy.
  • Systematize proof of work by using analytics, content, and AI to mine client data and create case studies.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using AI agents, n8n workflows, and internal tools.
  • Ensure all builds (sites, assets, brands, automations) are marketing-result-oriented.
  • Equip the Senior Client Success Manager with clean reports, results, and context for client communication.
