About The Position

Onebrief is hiring an AI Marketing Specialist to help its small, growing marketing team work faster by applying AI, automation, and smart systems. The role works directly with the head of marketing from day one and delivers projects early, building workflows and connecting tools so marketing, growth, capture, partnerships, and customer support can work together more smoothly. The role may also contribute to website expansion and redesign, campaigns, events, and go-to-market efforts as needs evolve. This is a high-learning role for someone with marketing knowledge and experience who can also build practical solutions. The successful candidate will design AI-powered workflows, connect systems, develop foundations for marketing measurement, identify and solve bottlenecks, support website redesign, produce early drafts using AI design tools, and assist with campaigns, events, and content. They will document their work and keep the team informed about useful developments in AI. Travel may be required and is expected to be less than 20%, depending on evolving business needs. Onebrief is a distributed team, with some members working remotely and others alongside customers in operational environments around the world.
