About The Position

Salesforce AI Labs is hiring emerging AI and computer science talent for a selective, 24-month rotational fellowship intended to develop future AI builders. Fellows complete four six-month rotations and take on technical and customer challenges, building with frontier AI technologies and shipping solutions into production at enterprise scale. They work with researchers, engineers, and technical leaders and have access to AI-native development tools and large-scale compute resources. The four rotations cover product engineering (Build), product management (Shape), customer-facing solution development and deployment (Deliver), and enterprise workflow transformation (Transform). Fellows gain exposure to varied AI teams, technologies, and problems while developing technical depth, adaptability, and a product mindset. After successfully completing the fellowship, Fellows transition into high-impact AI teams across Salesforce.
