About The Position

Salesforce AI Labs is hiring emerging AI and computer science talent for a selective, 24-month rotational fellowship. Fellows complete four six-month rotations focused on different dimensions of the AI lifecycle: Build (Product Engineering), Shape (Product Management), Deliver (FDE / Builders), and Transform (DET / Customer Zero). They work with experienced researchers, engineers, and technical leaders, using AI-native development tools and large-scale compute resources to address technical and customer challenges and ship solutions at enterprise scale. Upon successful completion, Fellows transition to high-impact AI teams across Salesforce. The role involves designing, prototyping, and deploying AI-powered applications, agents, and enterprise solutions; collaborating with teams developing AI agents, process generation, and conversational AI; partnering with field, product, and engineering teams on customer use cases; and owning development from experimentation through production deployment. Fellows also use customer insights and technical discoveries to inform product improvements and new AI capabilities.
