About The Position

Cozen O’Connor is establishing a dedicated Legal AI & Practice Transformation team focused on revolutionizing legal service delivery through AI and emerging technologies. This team aims to enhance how legal work is performed by integrating AI tools and developing new capabilities. The AI Innovation Attorney - Litigation will collaborate with the firm's litigation practices to identify and implement AI-driven opportunities, redesign workflows, and improve legal service delivery. This role encompasses practice innovation, AI enablement, product implementation, and change management, guiding lawyers in the effective use of AI on active cases and scaling successful pilot projects into firm-wide capabilities. This position is ideal for an experienced litigator proficient in generative AI, eager to influence the future of AI-enabled litigation practice. The candidate should possess strong AI fluency, a clear vision for AI's impact on litigation, a realistic understanding of AI's limitations, and the credibility to be a trusted peer.
