About The Position

We’re looking for an AI Go-To-Market Specialist to support integrated go-to-market initiatives that help Financial Advisor teams understand, adopt, and scale AI-powered tools and opportunities. In this role, you will combine operational rigor, strong attention to detail, and emerging AI capabilities to drive scalable, high-performing programs and campaigns. You will join STAAT whose mission is to create an AI-powered platform advantage for Financial Advisors, enabling them to grow and serve clients more effectively. As part of the Marketing team, you will work cross functionally, partnering with other stakeholders within STAAT and Global Wealth Management US to deliver data-driven awareness and adoption programs and campaigns in a complex environment.

Requirements

  • Ideally 1–3 years of experience executing coordinated programs or campaigns, ideally with exposure to digital channels and workflows, or advisor-facing initiatives
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • An analytical mindset, with comfort interpreting performance data and translating insights into action
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with experience working with campaign data and reporting and working knowledge of HTML
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels
  • A university degree; communications specialization a plus
  • A self-starter with a strong bias for action—someone who takes ownership and drives work forward without prompting
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a commitment to high-quality execution
  • Intellectually curious, with a clear interest in applying AI and emerging technologies to marketing
  • Adaptable and resilient, comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving priorities
  • A collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives and shared outcomes
  • Thoughtful and exercise outstanding judgement; knowing when is appropriate to seek guidance
  • Curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day program and campaign execution, proactively identifying and resolving blockers
  • Manage program and campaign calendars, workflows, and asset tracking to ensure seamless, end-to-end execution while partnering across stakeholders
  • Analyze program and campaign performance (e.g., engagement, adoption and campaign signals) and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Design and execute testing strategies across messaging, content, and delivery approaches to continuously optimize engagement and outcomes
  • Continuously improve processes and workflows, applying AI tools where possible, to enhance speed, quality, and scalability of delivery
  • Contribute to the development of documentation, playbooks, and best practices that support awareness and adoption among Advisor Teams and a high-performing GTM engine
  • Support broader digital marketing and prospecting platform initiatives as needed
  • Maintain disciplined attention to detail while managing multiple concurrent campaigns and deadlines
