About The Position
Join RGP’s growing Digital Finance & Automation community as an AI Finance Specialist supporting leading Bay Area organizations. We’re looking for experienced finance professionals who blend analytical rigor with automation and AI-driven insight. As part of our On Demand talent network, you’ll help clients modernize financial operations, optimize forecasting, and unlock data-driven decision-making—all while enjoying flexibility and meaningful project work.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Finance, FP&A, or Accounting with exposure to automation or AI tools.
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills; experience with Python, SQL, or BI tools preferred.
- Proven ability to translate technical insights into business impact.
- Comfortable working in hybrid environments across Bay Area clients.
Nice To Haves
- Consulting or project-based experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-enabled financial models and automation workflows.
- Partner with FP&A, Controllership, and Data teams to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting speed.
- Translate business needs into scalable digital finance solutions using tools like Python, Power BI, Alteryx, or generative AI platforms.
- Support process optimization, predictive analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption of intelligent finance technologies.
