Smart Circle International•Newport Beach, CA
•$110,000 - $120,000

About The Position

The AI Enablement Specialist helps Smart Circle teams get practical value from Claude, ChatGPT, and the broader AI stack. The role combines user training and support with the development of reusable automation, including Claude skills, prompt templates, and connected workflows that teams can operate themselves. The Specialist works with IT and Senior Leadership to ensure use cases follow company AI governance, data-handling, and security requirements. This hands-on role trains users, turns business-unit needs into reusable tools, connects approved systems, pilots and scales solutions, and builds an AI champions network. The Specialist maintains versioned skills, templates, training materials, and FAQs; uses tickets, questions, and usage data to identify skill gaps and measure adoption; and supports AI governance by answering questions, explaining policies, flagging out-of-policy use, and assisting with client due-diligence questionnaires. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs and organizational priorities. The role is based at Smart Circle International in Newport Beach, California. Smart Circle is a broker of outsourced sales and customer acquisition services, operating from headquarters in Newport Beach and an office in Toronto.
