About The Position

The AI Data & Insights Officer is responsible for transforming Worldwide Events Group's (WWE) business data into reliable insights, reusable intelligence, and measurable value. This role operates within the Agent Factory, ensuring that AI agents, automations, and decision-makers have access to accurate, well-structured, and actionable information. The officer will work across various systems including Salesforce, event platforms, marketing systems, operational tools, and AI knowledge sources to enhance data quality, build analytical capabilities, support retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), identify commercial opportunities, and measure the performance of deployed agents. This is a hands-on, business-facing position at the intersection of data analysis, business intelligence, AI enablement, and commercial decision-making. It is an initial six-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension, reporting to the Head of AI Implementation.
