About The Position

SCALEUP.house is seeking an AI & Business Analyst / Consultant for a remote internship. This role involves real client deliverables, focusing on automating client reporting workflows, building BI dashboards, and developing AI-driven market research pipelines. Interns will gain hands-on experience with GenAI tools, data analysis, market research, and digital solutions development, owning the full business cycle from diagnostics to deployment. The internship offers direct mentoring, access to internal AI resources, real-world projects, creative freedom, and exposure to a global team and senior leadership. Interns will utilize tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Make.com, UIpath, and Tableau.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or a recent graduate) in Business, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or Management.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for understanding data stories.
• Intellectual courage to question assumptions and propose better approaches.
• Fast learner, comfortable with new tools and constant changes, and able to apply learning quickly.
• Experience using GenAI tools to solve real problems.

Responsibilities

• Use GenAI tools daily to streamline research, automate workflows, and sharpen analytical output.
• Mine, clean, and interpret real client datasets to generate insights.
• Conduct global market research and write actionable reports for clients.
• Build processes, repair legacy systems, and create data dashboards for client growth.
• Own the full business cycle, from initial client scalability diagnostics to full deployment of strategic processes and tools, with support from senior team members.
