You will receive the same orientation training as our full-time engineers, you will be matched with an individual mentor, and you will be committing production code by the end of your first week. In the course of your internship or Co-op, you will be tasked with one or more mission-critical projects and make meaningful contributions to LiveRamp's success. Also, if our previous interns are any guides, you will have a ton of fun in the process! Internships are 12 weeks long. Should we want to extend you a full-time offer after you graduate, we ask that you would be willing to consider this at the end of your internship. Co-ops range between 12-24 weeks long. Should we want to extend you a full-time offer after you graduate, we ask that you would be willing to consider this at the end of your Co-op.

Requirements

  • Strong experience leveraging APIs - the ability to integrate applications using APIs
  • Proficient in Python
  • Proven ability to technically design and present solutions to customer requests, including providing recommendations
  • Ability to support other team members in design ideation and creation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with technology workflows and automation tools or platforms
  • Familiarity with development for technology projects
  • Experience with AI development
  • Cloud infrastructure knowledge such as GCP or AWS

Responsibilities

  • Build copilot/chatbot experiences in tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Glean
  • Support the implementation of agentic AI workflows and browser-based automations alongside senior team members to automate multi-step business processes.
  • Help with prompt engineering, troubleshooting, and tuning of AI agents and responses for scoped problem areas, iterating based on real user feedback
  • Create and update new automations using tools such as Okta Workflows, Workato, and Zapier
  • Develop and troubleshoot Python scripts that integrate APIs and enterprise platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Workday, Salesforce, Freshservice) to connect and automate workflows.
  • Monitor workflow integrations, agents, and automations, helping identify issues, triage incidents, and suggest improvements within your area of responsibility.
  • Document your work (design decisions, runbooks, how‑to guides) so other teams can safely adopt and extend AI and automation solutions.
