About The Position
The Agro Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with Westview Co-op's Core Values and Brand. This role involves providing professional, people-first service to Members and Guests, operating point-of-sale terminals, stocking shelves, and maintaining a high level of store image. The position also requires adherence to the Health and Safety Program and may involve other assigned responsibilities and projects.
Requirements

- Ability to work effectively with others
- Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted

Responsibilities
- Understanding and following Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety

- Stocking shelves with product
- Maintaining a high level of store image in line with our Brand expectations
- Completing other responsibilities and projects as assigned
