As an Agricultural Sales Manager, your focus is equal parts people leadership, sales strategy, and execution. One day may include coaching agricultural customer account managers in the field through ride-alongs, reviewing pipeline activity, and helping close key opportunities. Another may involve collaborating with store managers on hiring, talent development, or performance planning. You’ll also analyze trends, monitor inventory strategy, review KPIs, and partner with John Deere representatives on programs and promotions. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and growing market share. Every day is different, but the goal is always the same: grow the business, develop the team, and take care of the customer.
