About The Position

Solentra Global DBA Cultura Technologies provides software solutions to the agribusiness industry, helping customers simplify business and information management. Its solutions support productivity and customer service across back-office functions and agribusiness operations. The company is seeking college juniors and seniors for a paid, project-based internship. Interns work with experienced professionals on assignments suited to their skills and interests, which may include software development, data analysis, marketing campaigns, product research, and AI projects such as building and testing AI agents and automated workflows. The internship lasts one year or another period mutually agreed upon, and is limited to 20 hours per week. The position is remote and applicants must be located in the United States and legally authorized to work there; visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in a college or university program related to Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a relevant field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; AI experience is also noted.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and balance academic responsibilities with internship commitments.
Eagerness to learn, take on new challenges, and contribute to the company.
Customer-focused mindset and commitment to high-quality service.
Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
Must be located within the United States.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable now or in the future.
