Requirements
- One year of public contact work, which involved obtaining or providing information; or Any equivalent of experience and training.
- Must meet the PA residency requirement.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
- Submission of criminal history reports is required for a conditional offer of employment.
- Must pass a background investigation.
- A drug screening is required for a conditional offer of employment.

Responsibilities
- Answer agency calls and relay messages clearly
- Record information and referrals into the SAMS database
- Complete NAT-E assessments for seniors receiving home delivered meals
- Provide updates to the Director and communicate observations to supervisors
- Enter referrals, assessments, and care planning details into databases
- Perform typing, copying, faxing, and other basic office tasks
