Agile Delivery Lead - AI & Automation

Thomson Reuters•Frisco, TX
•$118,400 - $219,800•Hybrid

About The Position

Within Thomson Reuters’ Legal Service Management (LSM) organization, the Agile Delivery Lead guides the daily delivery of small, high-impact AI and automation initiatives. The role supports rapid experimentation, feedback, and measurable value, taking initiatives from initial idea through minimum viable product (MVP), validation, and production. It is not a traditional project management role; the lead works with experienced automation practitioners and engineers, including both dedicated team members and people rotating in from service delivery teams, to establish clarity, sustain focus, remove impediments, and deliver working solutions in small increments. The role partners with LSM leaders and technical specialists to prioritize and prepare work, facilitate adaptive Agile practices, and help teams turn ambiguous opportunities into actionable increments. It uses delivery data to improve flow, support decisions, and communicate outcomes and learning. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. The posting may be used to fill current openings or future vacancies. The role uses a flexible hybrid work model for office-based roles. The stated base compensation range is $118,400–$219,800 USD for eligible U.S. locations and $140,600–$190,600 CAD for Ontario, Canada; pay depends on factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. The role may also be eligible for an annual bonus based on enterprise and individual performance.

  • Skill facilitating Agile practices that improve delivery and explaining how to measure software-delivery effectiveness, while remaining open to learning and adaptation.
  • Ability to use data to improve flow, support decisions, and communicate delivered value in an environment where requirements evolve and learning is part of delivery.
