About The Position
Vidha IT Solutions LLC is seeking a highly experienced QA Automation Lead focused on AI and test automation. The role requires hands-on expertise in test automation, framework development, quality engineering, and AI-assisted testing. The lead will drive automation initiatives, mentor QA engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position is onsite in Plano, Texas, and is available on a W2 basis.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in QA and test automation.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks.
- Expertise in API testing, microservices, SQL, and database validation.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of automation framework design, quality metrics, and test reporting.
- Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted testing.
- Ability to lead automation initiatives, mentor QA engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with quality dashboards such as Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, performance testing, and AI/LLM validation.
